Clear4u was founded in the Greater Toronto Area to fill the gap general contractors leave: reliable, protocol-driven cleaning that starts at week two, not the day before occupancy.
We operate exclusively in commercial construction—office interiors, glass partitions, HVAC surfaces, hardware, and floor-to-ceiling windows—each phase handled by a crew equipped for that stage.

All staff complete site-safety orientation before the first shift. That means proper PPE, hazard awareness, and coordination with the general contractor's schedule.
Mid-build and final-clean require different equipment and different crew sizes. We assign the right team for the right stage—never the same generic crew for every visit.
Every crew member carries active WSIB coverage before entering any active construction site. No exceptions, no workarounds.
