/ Phase-Specific Cleaning

Two phases. Two protocols. Zero guesswork.

Active-site cleanup during the build. Precision final clean before occupancy. Each phase has a dedicated crew, equipment list, and documented scope.

— Scope & Schedule

Right crew, right week.

Week six of a build looks nothing like week sixteen. We deploy phase-matched crews with equipment calibrated to each stage—dust suppression and debris removal during active work, glass clarity and surface polish at final inspection.

Every visit generates a documented scope record—what was cleaned, which surfaces were cleared, and when. The site super and property manager both get a copy.

During-Construction Cleaning

Final Pre-Occupancy Clean

Glass dividers, door frames, hardware, and floor surfaces brought to inspection standard before the first tenant walks in. Documented pass-ready condition on every deliverable.

Scheduled cleanup while trades are still on site. Debris removal, dust suppression, and HVAC vent clearing at each build milestone—no waiting for the site to go cold.
